[2008]Bottle printing machine, v. Osenovo
The bottle printing machine is made up from 3 sections and transport band between them. First section is for procedure ‘preparation of bottle before printing’ (drying off bottles). Second section is for procedure ‘positioning and printing on bottle’. And the third section is for procedure ‘drying of print (seal)’.
Used equipment for automation the process is situated in three boards:
Board 1:
v power supply 24VCD for supplying magnet valve managing pneumatic system
v PLC ‘Fatek’ – consist of digital inputs and outputs. PLC is used for
Ø managing of pneumatic system according to position of encoder,
Ø tracking signals from buttons and keys mounted on the machine and on management desk
Ø tracking signals from sensors (magnetic sensors, encoder, capacity sensor)
v drivers for step motor
v frequency inverter – used for regulation turnovers of induction motor who leads the transport band.
Board 2:
v impulse supply with out strain 85VDC and power 1kW used for supplying drivers of step motor
Board 3:
v desk for management which includes touch panel. By using the touch panel it is possible changing and visualization of :
Ø transport band speed (bottle/min)
Ø adjustment of sections
Ø speed and number of step motor turnovers
Ø current number of bottles – possibility of resetting the counters
Ø total number of bottles - possibility of resetting the counters
Ø current value of encoder
Ø alarms
Ø two position keys (4 in number) which reply for on/off of UV fans (section 3), for reset, for on/off of jet (torch) –section 1 and for special regime – 20 bottles/min.
