Designing and building the system for automation and management of the building of Grand Mall – Varna

The system can be divided into four parts:
1.Monitoring and management of electrical facilities in the building. This includes:

- Monitoring the status and management in automation mode of the whole lighting in the building
- Monitoring and management of the main energy sources
- Monitoring all the powers
- In case of power failure or fire – automatically switching to alternative energy source to a given scenario
- Monitoring the position of the fire valves
- Monitoring the position of the valves of the smoke fans
- Monitoring the status of the smoke out hatches
2.Monitoring and management the HVAC in the building. This includes:

- Monitoring and management of all the climate chambers in automatic mode
- Monitoring and management the water cooling units
- Monitoring and management the water heating boilers
- Monitoring and management of all the pumps used for the water cooling units and the water heating boilers
- Monitoring and management of all the ventilation fans in the building
- Monitoring and management of all the ventilation fans in the parking (the CO – fans)
3.Monitoring and management of the pitcher and sewage systems in the building. This includes:

- Monitoring the pumps providing clear water for the building
- Monitoring the level of the septic tanks and the their pumps
- Monitoring the spare reservoirs for fire fighting
- Monitoring the status of the stopping valves for fire fighting
4.Monitoring and accumulation of electricity consumption of individual tenants in the building.
