[2008] Bird Slaughterhouse 'ECO PILE' Ignatievo village

The system for managing has for an object to follow the condition of the air-conditioning stations and the raised failures. The system is composed of five stations, three of them are for ventilation, and the other two are for air-conditioning. The structure of the managing is shown on figure 1.

Figure 1

On each of the station are mounted:

  • four temperature sensors, measuring the temperature of the incoming-outgoing air to the stations and rooms;
  • four differential pressure switches, showing the failures about polluted filter and torn belt of the fans in the stations;
  • two electrical (two-position) actuators, which opens and closes the dampers of the stations;
  • one electrical (two-position) actuator, opens and closes the recuperator of the stations;
  • one electrical (proportional) actuator, managing the flow of the heated (chilled) water to the heat exchanger of the stations;

The managing and the monitoring (supervision) of the system are realized by operative panel and with specialized SCADA system, which is installed on a personal computer, which is situated in the surveillance room..

The main window of  SCADA system is shown on figure 2

Figure 2

On third level are mounted six convectors, which can assure the air-conditioning of third level (administration). For their managing are mounted room thermostats type R6600 (figure 3), which manage the fan speed of the convectors.

Figure 3

In the boiler room are mounted temperature sensors for reading the temperature of the input-output collectors and three electrical (proportional) actuators of the three-way valves for managing the flow of hot water

It is foreseen a possibility of remote start and stop of all pumps.
