[2008] Hatchling "ECO PILE"

The system for managing has for an object to follow the condition of the air-conditioning and the raised failures. The system is composed of 8 air-handling units.

Air-handling unit 1 is for hatching room 1 and is from sectional type and is composed of ventilation sucking pipe, filtering paper, ventilation unit, heating unit, cooling unit. The air-handling unit handles only fresh air required for the incubators.

Assignment of the temperature of the air-handling unit 1 is determined to air that goes in the plenum. The managing of the air-handling unit is implanted as follows:

On moving shutter grids motor actuators have been installed which open and close them when the air-handling unit is turned on and off. Four temperature sensors have been installed which measure the incoming air (fresh air), outgoing air, the air coming in the room and the air going out of the room. Differential rheostats are installed on the filtering paper, which give information for their pollution level. On the two heat exchangers on the aid-handling unit three way valves with motor actuators have been installed which regulate the hot/cool water stream to the heat exchangers. The motor actuator’s position depends on the difference between the temperature assignment and the temperature of the going in the room air. In the air-handling unit a freezing protection for the heat exchangers is provided – if the temperature of the ingoing is around 2 С°  ÷ 3 С° the unit stops and the three way valve opens at 100% through the heat exchanger. The unit re-establishes it’s normal wok when the temperature is higher than 10 С° .

Note: air-handling 1’s sucking fan won’t be started.

Air-handling units 2 and 3 are analogical to air-handling unit 1, but without sucking fans and they serve the hatching cupboards in rooms №2 and 3. Their management is analogical to air-handling unit 1’s one.

Air-handling unit 4 is to separate hall and departure hall for rooms 4 and 5. Air-handling unit 4 is from sectional type and is composed of ventilation section, filter section, fan section, heating section, cooling section and is from the same type as air-handling unit 1 the difference is in the storage. The air-handling unit is managed the following way:

On moving shutter grids motor actuators have been installed which open and close them when the air-handling unit is turned on and off. Four temperature sensors have been installed which measure the incoming air (fresh air), outgoing air, the air coming in the room and the air going out of the room. The unit re-establishes it’s normal wok when the temperature is higher than 10 С° .

Air-handling unit 5 is for room №6 and room 8 – egg storage room. It’s analogical to air-handling unit 1.

Air-handling unit 6 is for room 9 – transfer room. The unit is from sectional type and is composed of ventilation section, filter section, fan section, heating section, cooling section and is from the same type as air-handling unit 1 the difference is in the storage.

The air-condition installation is for daily rooms and is composed of air-handling and sucking fans.

         Air-handling unit 7 is for rooms №21, №22, №23, №24, №25 and №26 and is composed of air-handling and two sucking fans.

The management of air-handling units 5,6,7,8 is analogical to the written above management of air-handling unit 4.
