The system, which is build in the Enterprise for manufacturing bee honey, work for monitoring and managing the process melting honey. The system is based on conection between PLC, three way valves, air-condition systems, term module, operation panel, 'facon Server' and 'Visual Basic' application.

The process of melting honey is made in two chambers. On the ground of temperature of air in the room and the temperature of the honey in the chambers, system managed three way valves of each air-condition system for ensuring the temperature that is need for melting the honey.

By operation panel is possible to watch and set values of parameters of the process:

• temperature of the air in the left half of Chamber 1 and 2;
• temperature of the air in the right half of Chamber 1 and 2;
• temperature of the honey in the left half of Chamber 1 and 2;
• temperature of the honey in the right half of Chamber 1 and 2;
• the time for continuance of  process;
• the time remaing to the end of process;
• adjustment the set temperature for Chamber 1 and 2, and possible diversion from this value;
• adjustment continuance of the process in Chamber 1 and 2;
• set critical temperature of the air.

For distance tracking of basic parameters of the process is made 'Visual Basic' application. The main window of application (fig.1) give information for:

• current temperature of air;
• current temperature of honey in Tub1 and 2 of Chambers;
• position of three way valves;
• status of the Chambers;
• possible alarms;
• buttons for passing in other window.

The application enable tracking measure current temperature of air and honey in the chambers, and data is recording in table and visualized on graphic (fig.2).
