• in-out modules

• inverter for regulation revolution of induction motor  - ‘LS’

We made a software which defines algorithm for machines work for her optimal work and to obtain higher productiveness.

The project represents machine for modeling of cardboard boxes for bottles, their transportation, setting of full bottles into the cardboard boxes and their transportation to machine for closing and sticking of cardboard boxes.

It is made a substitution of old control with new. The new mounted control participates (includes):

- PLC ‘Fatek’

- in-out modules

- frequency inverter for regulation revolution of induction motor  - ‘LS’

There is made examination of

-sensor for position;

-sensor for presence of object;

-executive mechanism

Also there is made software, which defines algorithm for machine’s work for its optimal work and to obtain higher productiveness.

The object is a machine for modeling of cardboard boxes for bottles , there transportation, setting of full bottles in cardboard boxes and there transportation to machine for closing and sticking of  cardboard boxes.
